13.03.24 - Ageospatial: Innovating GeoInformation with Natural Language Query Handling

Generative AI has revolutionised not only the way we search for information, but also the way we create new digital information. This also applies to Hashtag#geoinformation.

In a previous post (https://lnkd.in/gkJqfyMV), we talked about a start-up, Ageospatial, developing a new solution.

At Esri FedGIS 2024, they showcased their new tools based on generative AI for ArcGIS Hub, Survey123, and processing in the ArcGIS System. Hashtag#generativeai will make it possible to search for data in several language and to retrieve the data URL as well as displaying them on a map. It will also speed up the survey creation process. Above all, users will be able to perform geoprocessing integrating several data sources based on a simple chat, without having to precisely name the tools from the vast ArcGIS toolbox.

Generative AI could not only make the work of experts more efficient, but also make the world of geoprocessing more accessible to experts in other fields.
